As you can see the shit is OUTDATED but it's our outdated shit. I already have a million ideas about what I want to do with the space. fun stuff. Patience will be key though because there's just no money to do it all at once.
Right now the immediate schedule looks like this:
Monday 10/20 - Ceiling guys come in and scrape the popcorn crap off the ceiling, patch the ceiling and texture the ceiling (two days to dry)
Tuesday 10/21 & Wed. 10/22 - Flooring guys come in and install Laminate flooring in the living room and the hallway down the bedrooms.
Thursday 10/23 - Ceiling guys come back and paint the ceilings
Friday 10/24 morning - Me and some cleaning ladies go in and clean the crap out of the place and maybe put some shelf paper in if there's time
Friday 10/24 afternoon - Carpet cleaners come and hopefully steam the CAT out of the place
Saturday 10/25 - Move in
You may notice that there is no margin for error here! Cross your fingers for us that everything runs on time.

It looks wonderful, Hilary. You kept lowering my expectations by talking about what a dump it was and how much work it needs, but to my eyes, it looks pretty grand. Nice work!
